We Love Food

Breakfast.
Mom: "Renee will you say the prayer. "
Chase: "Uhhghh!"
Mom: "What's wrong?"
Chase: "I want to say a prayer."
Mom: "I called on Renee already, you can say it next time."
Renee prays. Chase folds arms with a scowl.
Mom: "Thank you Renee."
Chase: "Uhhghh!"
Mom: "Do you want to say one too."
Chase: "Yes."
Renee: "Mom, I already blessed the food."Mom: "It's okay. He can say one too."
Renee: "But I want to eat, I am hungry."
Mom: "It's okay. He can say one if he wants. Go ahead Chase."
Chase: "I nee your help."
Mom: "No you don't. You can do it. Go ahead."
Chase: "Hev-en-nee Fadder. Jesus Chris. Amen."
Mom points to the bowl of cereal.
Chase: "We love food. Jesus Chris Amen."
